Nova Biomedical is hiring a Customer Contract Representative in our Lexington Rd, Billerica, MA facility. The hours for this position are 8:30 A.M - 5:00 P.M. Supporting Nova Biomedical's Glucose customers is the main purpose of the role. Additional responsibilities include expediting contract orders, scheduling, tracking and communicating with customers via phone or email. Other responsibilities include:

• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Customer centric mindset. Ability to see situations from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Schedule orders for shipment
• Meet individual goals and contribute to team goals
• Process customer contract orders
• Provide customers with product, pricing, and availability information
• Process credit cards
• Satisfy customer requests

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of Microsoft product suite
• Previous SAP experience preferred

Education/Experience:

• High school graduate
• 2-3 years related office or customer service experience
