Senior Marketing Specialist

The Senior Marketing Specialist is an integral member of the Nova Switzerland Commercial Team. Reporting to the Nova Switzerland General Manager and under the guidance of the International Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist creates integrated, multi-channel communications plans designed to grow market share. The Senior Marketing Specialist works with corporate marketing to develop and deliver marketing materials and sales tools that meet the Nova Switzerland business objectives.

• Coordinate live and online events including tradeshows, webinars, seminars as part of the overall marketing mix and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event plan to increase engagement and ROI
• Run multichannel digital and print campaigns in close collaboration with corporate marketing
• Support collaboration with Swiss KOLs and internal stakeholders (Medical & Scientific Affairs and Corporate Marketing)
• Under the guidance of subsidiary General Manager and International Marketing Manager, provide strategic input to develop integrated communications plans based on marketing strategies
• Provide proactive, comprehensive project management by establishing and managing timelines and budgets
• Proactive coordination and integration of marketing activities with other Nova subsidiaries as appropriate
• Utilize appropriate analytics and tracking services to evaluate metrics and performance benchmarks for all marketing programs
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with three years marketing experience in Healthcare, ideally with Point of Care IVD.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and channels
• Experience organizing live and virtual events
• Project and budget management experience
• Written and spoken fluency with German and English, with French and Italian being advantageous
