About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates and facilitating offers. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand future focused competency requirements for the business, develop effective recruitment strategies, and attract top talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner ensures a positive candidate experience, maintains accurate recruitment data and metrics, and supports employer branding initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

What you’ll do
Partner with hiring managers to build and strengthen competencies through competency based interviewing, score card development and management, and strategies to attract top talent
Manage high volume, fast paced, full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination while partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
Source qualified candidates through multi-channel sourcing strategies including job boards, social media platforms, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, behavioral competencies, and cultural alignment and fit as well as coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the (ATS) leveraging recruiting analytics to monitor hiring progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Negotiate offers and support onboarding activities as needed while delivering a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, while actively supporting diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives employee branding and recruiting marketing efforts to strengthen the organizations talent brand

What we are looking for in you
Ability to operate with minimal supervisor to manage high volume, fast paced, full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination for various positions
Experience working with a talent process focused on attracting strong competencies through recruitment and assessment process
Strong sourcing and talent attraction skills using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Ability to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential using effective interview and evaluation techniques
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies, experience with Clear Company, UKG a plus
Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use data to improve hiring strategies
Strong negotiation skills and understanding of compensation and offer processes
High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience
Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles and inclusive hiring practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Experience in manufacturing recruiting environment a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field

Targeted Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000/year
