What you’ll do

• Conduct research and experiments under the guidance of senior scientists.
• Analyze data and present findings to the scientific team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments and results.
• Stay updated on relevant scientific advancements in the field.

What we are looking for in you

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in a laboratory setting is preferred.

Physical Requirements for this role include:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Stand or sit for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity for laboratory equipment operation.
• Visual acuity for precise data analysis.

Work Location: Hybrid work schedule on-site in Waltham, MA

Targeted Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000/year
