Über die Position
Als Teamlead Warenlager übernehmen Sie die fachliche und organisatorische Führung eines Lagerteams und stellen einen reibungslosen, effizienten und sicheren Ablauf aller Lagerprozesse sicher. Sie sind eine zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Mitarbeitenden, Logistikleitung und angrenzenden Abteilungen.
Ihre Aufgaben
• Fachliche Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Lagerteams
• Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der täglichen Lagerabläufe
• Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Warenannahme, Einlagerung, Kommissionierung und Warenausgang
• Verantwortung für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit im Lager
• Optimierung von Lagerprozessen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Effizienz und Qualität
• Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender sowie Durchführung von Schulungen
• Kontrolle der Bestände und Mitwirkung bei Inventuren
• Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen (z. B. Finance, Sales und Support)
• Einhaltung interner Richtlinien sowie gesetzlicher Vorgaben
Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Lagerwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Lager- oder Logistikumfeld
• Erste Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Gute Kenntnisse von Lagerverwaltungssystemen SAP und MS Office
• Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
• Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität im operativen Tagesgeschäft
