About the role
Reporting to the VP of Global Service and partnering closely with Commercial, Service and other departments, Customer Service will ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints. This role will be instrumental in advancing Nova’s European Shared Services strategy, bringing together disparate subsidiaries and processes, and supporting the company’s transition to S/4HANA in 2027.
You will be responsible for leading customer service operations, including order administration and customer inquiries, while building and developing a high performing team. This role establishes and implements best practice policies, technologies, and procedures; ensures effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders; and uses customer feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
