About the role

Dynamic Sales Professional with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share for Nova Biomedical France. Expert in managing the full product portfolio—including analyzers and consumables—while maintaining strict profitability targets. Skilled in cultivating high-value relationships across hospitals, clinics, research labs, and pharmaceutical institutions. Recognized for strong customer engagement, strategic brand representation at major industry events, and aligning commercial execution with corporate objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Proactively and consistently identify new business opportunities across the territory assigned by Sales Management.
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings with prospects and customers.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations across the company’s portfolio.
  • Coordinate and monitor product evaluations in accordance with Nova Biomedical protocols.
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities within approved commercial guidelines.
  • Maintain sales profitability in line with defined business targets.
  • Contribute, where appropriate, to the technical specifications included in tender processes.
  • Prepare and submit tender responses and commercial quotations.
  • Deliver territory revenue growth in line with performance objectives established by management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activity within the CRM system.
  • Ensure full compliance with company commercial policies, procedures and standards.

What we are looking for in you

  • Strong knowledge of public and private hospital networks, clinics and laboratory environments.
  • Good understanding of purchasing channels and ordering procedures within public procurement frameworks.
  • Previous successful experience in blood gas analysis and/or Point of Care (POC) solutions would be advantageous.
  • Ideally based in Toulouse or Bordeaux.
  • A valid driving licence is required. Regular travel within the assigned territory and a strong driving record are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

  • Strong drive to secure business opportunities and expand territory performance; territory scope may evolve over time.

  • Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness and availability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, with occasional international travel as required.

Education

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in life sciences, a technical discipline or a medical-related field. A minimum of two years of higher education following secondary education is required.
